This 12 gauge target ammunition from Fiocchi is a cost-effective load suitable for all your clay-busting needs. Each shell in this box of 25 fires a 1-1/8 oz. payload of #7.5 birdshot at a muzzle velocity of 1,250 feet per second. This makes it a medium power load that will deliver solid patterning at typical clay shooting ranges. As with most clay loads, recoil is comparatively mild.

These shells are designed to break clay targets and can work well against upland birds and small game as well. They lack the penetration needed for self-defense against human assailants, a job better suited to buckshot.

Fiocchi ammunition is loaded in one of two places: Lecco, Italy and Ozark, Missouri. The Ozark plant produces the majority of Fiocchi ammo sold in the US, especially shotshells like these. Fiocchi of America has operated in the the US since the 1980s, but gained most of its market share in the past decade with founding family member Carlo Fiocchi at the helm.
