The Tungsten projectiles in this load are harder than traditional lead core projectiles yielding deeper penetration.
You may note that this projectile has a small pinhole at the front of the projectile however this is still an FMJ bullet and not a HP. This has to do with the manufacturing process as the bullet jacket is reverse drawn making it have a closed base helping to make this round "cleaner" reducing airborne particulates.
