Ideal for AR-15s and other rifles firing .223 Remington or 5.56 NATO ammo, these cartridges from Tula will give you plenty of trigger time at a low price.

Each cartridge in this box of 100 fires a 62-grain hollow point bullet and produces external ballistics similar to those of M855 ball. The use of a simple hollow point design allows this ammo to flex to a varmint hunting or defensive role if needed. While there are more expensive, more sophisticated options for these purposes on the market, this load proves extremely well rounded for cost conscious shooters.

Tula ammo is loaded in Russia using non-corrosive Berdan primers and non-reloadable steel casings. Durable and inexpensive to produce, steel casings have a long history of use with military forces and are better than ever today thanks to the development of friction reducing polymer coatings that enhance feeding and ejection reliability. Polymer coatings are an improvement over the previous lacquer coats, as they produce less fouling.
