Grab this 1,000 round case of .223 Remington ammunition from Black Hills Ammunition as you gear up for your next competitive shoot. These remanufactured cartridges are a great way to get match grade performance at a reasonable price for those high volume training sessions. This ammo is perfect for AR-15s and other .223 Rem/5.56 NATO rifles and features the renowned Sierra MatchKing precision target bullet.

Each cartridge in this bulk priced case fires a 69-grain version of the MatchKing at a muzzle velocity of 2,850 feet per second. Compared to mil-spec and typical range loads in this caliber, this is a heavy bullet that moves relatively slowly. The heavy, boat tailed bullet is very stable and resistant to drift caused by crosswinds; the lost velocity is not a major concern for competition shooting since terminal performance and stopping power are irrelevant.

This ammo uses non-corrosive primers and once fired reconditioned brass cases. Black Hills Ammunition produces a variety of ammo for defense, hunting, and target shooting at their production facility in Rapid City, South Dakota. Their notable customers include all branches of the US military, which purchase Black Hills ammo for specialized precision applications.
