Solid Round for Hogs
Review by Chris. (Posted on 7/6/15)
These are not the heaviest rounds available in 300 AAC Blackout, nor are they the least expensive, however they consistently and reliably cycle through my Smith & Wesson M&P 15. Every shot, all the time. A hard hitting and reliable round for pigs.

Performed as expected
Review by Daniel. (Posted on 11/28/14)
My son used this load to harvest a 8pt Whitetail during the 2014 youth season with my AAC Model 7 Remington with a 1in7 twist. He shot the buck at approximately 45 yards quartering towards him. Passed just behind the lead shoulder and exited the short ribs just behind the diaphragm on the far side. Not the desired shot placement. Deer rolled and got up and walked 40 yards and piled up. Next time he will anchor it through the shoulder. I trust this round will work.
On the range it averaged about 1.25 MOA. Well within Minute of Deer. As expected these solids shoot substantially different point of impact then a traditional bullet of copper jacketed lead.
There is also a $5.00/box rebate through Remington through the end of Dec. 2014.

I sighted in my M&P 15 lower with a custom 300 AAC upper. Open MAG PULL sights only. The Hog Hammer Ammo functioned flawlessly and accurately.

Wow! Just wow!
Review by Marcus. (Posted on 11/22/14)
My dad and I went hunting last weekend for deer and hogs in south Texas. My primary deer rifle is a 30-30 and hog rifle a 45-70, but we took my AR15 with the 300 blackout upper to see how it would perform. These rounds are nothing less than lethal under 100 yards. We brought down 5 hogs in a morning. I suggest using these at less than 70 yards for a clean kill on hogs. Its great for does and small bucks.
