Compare this 147 Grain Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) ammunition from PNW Arms to some other 300 Blackout Ammo |

PNW Arms is an up-and-coming ammunition manufacturer that is focused on embracing the science of ballistics to ensure their final product meets the needs of shooters. Additionally, PNW Arms is committed to providing detailed information about their loads to help shooters make informed decisions.

This ammunition is loaded with new Remington primed brass and military "pull-down" M-80 projectiles. These M-80 projectiles are mechanically pulled from military loads and may have some minor pull marks that are only cosmetic and will not affect ballistic performance. The use of pull-down bullets helps reduce materials cost for this load making this ideally suited for shooters that intend to put some serious lead down range. In addition to being one of the best values on the market, this ammo is loaded with clean burning, precisely measured, American-made powder. Finally, this load includes a primer pocket sealant to help reduce moisture intrusion making this load better suited for humid climates.

The 300 Blackout cartridge design was approved by SAAMI on January 17, 2011. Since this time, PNW Arms has been meeting the needs of 300 Blk shooters producing several loads such as: subsonic, match, range, and match/hunting.

Customer Reviews

300blk Review by AY
It's decent ammo. It doesn't sit well in my MAGPUL mags but works perfect in my metal pmags. Over-all I like what I got for the price. (Posted on 7/23/14)
Great value. Review by 300bkl
The rounds functioned great through my AR15. I used the to sight in my ACOG at 100 yards with no problem. I didn't get the chance to shoot at longer ranges, just 100 and 50, so I don't know how the ballistic arc compares to the drop compensation on the scope. I normally prefer 125 gr bullets, but these worked flawlessly, so no complaints here. (Posted on 7/7/14)
Great round for the range Review by John
Love the price, this round cycles well, will buy more. (Posted on 6/18/14)
Great Ammo Review by Winddummy
The first magazine gave problems until I went with a heavier buffer. Unlike a 5.56 round with a 20 grain spread in weight, the 300aac goes from 110 - 220 grains in weight, a 110 grain difference. A heavier buffer slows the bolts movement to the rear allowing more pressure to build. Using a M16 bolt also gives more weight, a combination of the two resulted in a smooth a consistent operation. Overall outstanding performance Review by Pablo
Very nice shooting ammo. Excellent quality for the price - I wish I had bought 3 times as much during the special Lucky offered. (Posted on 4/2/14)
Nice to find Review by 99900ss
A few mis-cycles, but that may have been due to the can. Nice to find it for under $1 a round, but close to $30 to load a magazine makes shooting expensive.
Typical great service from Luckygunner. (Posted on 3/13/14)
Fast service great products Review by JB
Its great to have a company that has product in stock. None of the local stores had the ammo I was looking for. (Posted on 2/11/14)
