Fiocchi Ammo was established in 1872 by its founder Giulio Fiocchi. Known as a world leader is small gauge ammo, Fiocchi offers an array of products that suit the needs of target shooters, hunting enthusiasts, and the armed forces. Fiocchi's products range from ammo for rifles and pistols, to fire pin shotshells and cartridges, and a wide product line of rimfire and centrefire cartridges and cases. I recently tried five different boxes of .38 at the range and I'm here to report that for practice ammo, there is none better than Fiocchi. These were the not only were they some of the most economically priced but also they were the cleanest and hottest. No malfunctions to report. A very good buy overall. Clean burning, reliable, consistent patterns at the range. I shoot these rounds from two S&W 38s. I go to the range two to four times a week. These are great Full Metal Jacketed rounds when that is necessary. I've only shot these in revolvers. What makes them great for revolvers is that they load and unload great. That suggests the jacketing process is good. Also, some of the other .38 ammo is pretty dirty which makes gun cleaning a little more difficult. Overall, a clean burning and reliable product.
