Accuracy at 100 yards, was no better, and no worse, than ammo that costs less with a bonded bullet. All brass had a blemish/defect; so probably seconds. All fired and functioned fine. Can't judge if the bullet is "special" in its performance. (Posted on 12/1/11)Performance Value Quality
