Prvi Partizan is a European cartridge manufacturer that has been in the precision cartridge business since 1928.
Video Transcript:
Prvi Partizan ammo is produced in Serbia, where they've been making ammo for military, police, and civilians since 1928. Some of the boxes are marked PPU, because that's the sound a gun makes. You know, like [SOUND OF GUN]. No? Actually, I think the U stands for the name of the town where they make the ammo, but I'm not going to try to pronounce that.
We tested the 124-grain 9-millimeter PPU ammo. Reliability and function was great except for one light primer strike that we got in our M&P compact. The round did go off when we tried to fire it again, so it may have just been a malfunction with the gun. I'm not really sure.
Accuracy was exceptional from a rest at 15 yards and was right on par with some of the top domestic brands of ammo. However you decide you want to pronounce the name, Prvi Partizan makes solid range and training ammo at a reasonable price.
