This 9x19mm ammo from HPR is designed specifically for use with a suppressor and has been tuned to deliver clean and quiet results. With a heavy weight of 147 grains and a subsonic muzzle velocity of 905 feet per second, these rounds can produce as little as 122 decibels of sound when run through your can.
High Performance Range (HPR) ammo is an Arizona-based company that employs the scientific scrutiny of an aeronautical engineer as well as the expertise of a professional competition shooter. With both assets combined, they are able to offer unique performance-focused ammunition with a winning formula of components. They load each cartridge with their proprietary HyperClean powder which burns with little residue during the firing cycle thereby reducing cleaning needs while lessening wear and tear on your handgun.
The 147 grain projectiles possess a total metal jacket (TMJ) which fully encases the lead core of the bullet and leaves no lead exposed. This means no lead is released into the air during firing which not only makes this ammo great for indoor ranges, but also keeps excessive lead fouling from polluting your suppressor or getting stuck to the threads of your barrel. These rounds are loaded using reloadable brass casings fitted with non-corrosive Boxer primers.
