By shipping brass casings to us under the Brass-4-Cash Program, you expressly agree that the below terms and conditions govern the resulting relationship between you and LuckyGunner.com.
The purpose of the Brass-4-Cash Program is to allow you to ship your brass casings to us in return for credit which can then be used when purchasing any product on our website. You will consequently become a supplier and we will become your customer. The desired result is that you will enjoy the savings on your next purchase at LuckyGunner.com.
Within ten days after receiving a shipment from you, our office will send you an e-mail that includes your credit code. This credit code will provide you with an instant credit against any purchases you make on LuckyGunner.com until your credit amount has been completely used.
Each shipment you send to us must be registered (one registration per package) prior to shipping by completing the online form found at www.LuckyGunner.com/brass-4-cash.
Any brass you submit must meet the following requirements:
Each shipment must be packaged in a sturdy cardboard box that is adequately secured. Our recommendation is that you also line your boxes with a plastic bag or plastic sheeting to prevent spillage of the casings during transit (this can happen where the outer packaging is damaged). Alternatively, you may also want to pack the casings in large Ziploc bags within the outer packaging.
You are solely responsible for paying for any shipments you send to us. Additionally, if your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, it is solely your responsibility to contact your carrier and incur any resulting losses. You may submit shipments to us by UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service.
Shipments totalling 250 pounds or more must be approved by our office in writing prior to shipping. Just send us an e-mail to customerservice@luckygunner.com and tell us what you want to send. We will reply back quickly with a response. We just want to make sure that we know if someone is going to send us a semi load of a particular caliber.
Only brass casings will be weighed to determine your compensation. No packaging, foreign debris, or casings that do not meet the standards set forth above will be included in the weight calculations.
In the event that you fail to satisfy any of the terms set forth in this document, our office reserves the sole right to reject your shipment. Where an order is rejected, we also reserve the right to discard the contents of your shipment in whole or in part. We will of course pay you for anything that we are able to keep.
Under no circumstances will brass that you have shipped to us be returned. You will either be paid for the brass you ship or we will reject your shipment for its failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
In an effort to stay in communication with you and other brass suppliers, our office retains a list of each brass supplier's contact information. By shipping brass casings to us, you expressly authorize us to send you follow-up e-mails and e-mails containing information regarding products or services that are available. To be clear, by shipping brass casings to us, you are choosing to also add your contact information to an e-mail list maintained by LuckyGunner, LLC and you understand that your information will be retained and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In the event that you choose to file a complaint against LuckyGunner, LLC or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees, you expressly agree that such a complaint must be filed within a court located in Knox County, Tennessee. Furthermore, you agree that any complaints filed within any other jurisdiction shall be immediately removed to a court within Knox County, Tennessee and at which time you agree to immediately reimburse LuckyGunner, LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees for any costs they may each incur in defending against the complaint or effecting its removal until such time that the complaint is properly filed within a court located in Knox County, Tennessee.
