I got a box of the Federal ammo. When I was sighting my 243 in. I had no prob keeping my rounds in an inch group at 100 yards. I tried it at 200 at it dropped about a inch. But my gun only has a 20" barrel. I thank it will do great for longer shots. I was worried about using a 243 to deer hunt with. So I shot a milk jug full of water to see what it would do. There was nothing left it shred it. It done more damage to the jug. Then friends 300 did. We shot it at about 50 yards. But all in all it is very good ammo for the price. I am going to use it to hunt with this year. (Posted on 10/26/12)Performance Value Quality
