This product is brass-cased, Boxer-primed, non-corrosive, and reloadable. It is both economical and precision manufactured by an established European (Italian) cartridge producer.
Fiocchi Ammo was established in 1872 by its founder Giulio Fiocchi. Known as a world leader is small gauge ammo, Fiocchi offers an array of products that suit the needs of target shooters, hunting enthusiasts, and the armed forces. Fiocchi's products range from ammo for rifles and pistols, to fire pin shotshells and cartridges, and a wide product line of rimfire and centrefire cartridges and cases. I've been using this brand for some time in my Rock Island Tactical which I converted to .38 Super. Unlike some other brands this is very consistent in velocity. It's also not a brand that shows signs of over pressure as some other brands exhibit. I can very much recommend this ammunition without reservation. I have an old Colt Super Auto that should'nt shoot the +P ammo. My order was received in less than two days and after a visit to the range everything went just fine. I have shot approximately 500 rounds of the ammunition through my Colt Custom in 38 Super. This is one of the only brands of 38 super that is not +P. My Colt cannot handle +P ammunition and I haven't been able to find any other brand that is not +P. This ammunition has worked flawlessly without a single issue over the 500 rounds.
