Military Ballistics Industries (MBI) specializes in custom ammunition and ordinance products for use by the military, law enforcement agencies, and training facilities in the United States.
This particular 5.56x45 product is custom-manufactured using new brass casings produced at the Lake City facilities and Hornady 55 gr FMJBT projectiles! Each round is brass-cased, boxer-primed, non-corrosive, and reloadable. It comes in 100-round sealed plasti-packs. It is both economical and precision manufactured by an established American cartridge producer.

I bought this to be inexpensive plinker ammo for my S&W M&P 15. What I found was these are the best rounds Ive put through my rifle, with not a single failiure to fire/feed/eject, and sub MOA at 100 yds. I had never shot MBI ammo before, but purchased 200 rounds to give them a shot and I am glad I did. All 200 rounds fired perfectly and just as accurate as Federal "American Eagle Tactical XM193." I mixed them in with some of the American Eagle and could not tell any difference. This stuff will probably be my new 5.56mm range ammo.
