Details
Speer Gold Dot Ammunition is loaded with bonded core bullets and designed for critical defense needs.
Bonding the jacket to the core means the elimination of core-jacket separation and superior weight retention making it more effective than traditional hollow-point bullets in the event that the bullet encounters bone or heavy clothing upon entry.
Speer's Gold Dot line uses nickel-plated brass cases which help reduce corrosion and ensure smooth feeding.
This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, in boxer primed nickel-plated, reloadable brass cases.

accurate, can hit shotgun clays at 25 meters each time thru a Ruger GP 100 in .327 fed. I have killed rabbits, raccoons, possums easily with 1 shot; plan a cougar hunt with this later . nickel plated brass is great to reload at 500 foot pounds with a 115 gr bullet. nice load, reliable, accurate, and a little more power than other loads that I have tried in a Ruger Blackhawk with iron sights - kept the 3 10"x10" metal plates 'tinking' at 25 yards - 2 misses in 5 8-round loads @ about 12 seconds per cylinder swinging between the 3 plates - all the accuracy I need (Posted on 7/23/10)Performance Value Quality
