Trap Thrower - SkyBird w/ Tripod - Champion

The SkyBird trap thrower is a 3/4 Cock Trap from Champion featuring a one-way clutch which allows the throwing arm to travel in only one direction. Basically what this means is that when a clay target is thrown, the momentum of the throwing arm travels to about the 8 o'clock position. The clutch does not let the spring pull the arm back to the 12 o'clock position but instead keeps it at the furthest point traveled, which is closer to the person loading the clays. This means the loader doesn't have to use as much effort to reload the trap arm for the next throw, they simply pull the arm the final 1/4 of the way back to the set position.

The SkyBird launches all sizes and types of clays including rabbits, double and stacked doubles.

This model comes with a waist high Tri-Pod and features a string trigger release. You don't even have to stake the legs. Just set it up and shoot some clays!
