This line of Winchester ammunition consists of 100% enclosed-base bullets to minimize a shooter's exposure to lead in an enclosed environment. Additionally, the primer is made of a special non-toxic product to reduce danger of inhalation poisoning in poorly ventilated areas.

- WinClean .38 spl Review by BigGuy4
Performance Value Quality
They group very well at short range and have a soft enough recoil my wife doesn't mind practicing.
You can still taste some powder after 20 rounds or so but both the gun and I need much less clean up than when firing other .38 rounds. (Posted on 9/8/11)
