The new Winchester Supreme Elite Bonded PDX1, which was chosen by the FBI as their primary service round, is now in stock. The Bonded PDX1 is engineered to maximize terminal ballistics, as defined by the demanding FBI test protocol, which simulates real-world threats. A large reason that the FBI has chosen this round for defensive purposes is because of the proprietary bonding process that welds the lead core and the jacket together preventing core/jacket separation after impact. This results in better weight retention and expansion which is why this round has earned such a good reputation.
The jacketed hollow-point bullets are designed for maximum energy transfer upon impact and controlled expansion during penetration. The nickel-plated cases are designed to help prevent corrosion over time.
Manufactured by the legendary Winchester Ammunition Company, this product is brand new, boxer-primed, nickel-plated brass cased, non-corrosive, and reloadable.

This is my choice of carry ammo for my Sig Sauer P238. It has the best expansion I've seen from any of the dozen types of HP ammo. I've not tested to see if clothing will consistantly clog the HP and cause expansion failure, but there are always other choices for other times of year, right now it's summer so right now it's PDX1 for me.Value Quality Performance
