Want an extra edge the next time you’re disintegrating clays at the trap range? Then look no further than this unique 12 Gauge shotshell from Winchester’s AA TrAAcker line of shotgun ammunition. The shell features a wad with notched helical petals that enable it to fly after its shot like a pinwheel, so that you can easily track the direction of each of your shots. The wad has a nose with a little compartment that traps some of the shot to give it added momentum for straight flight, and is black so it’s more easy to spot on a clear, blue day. (The shell’s hull is black to correspond to its special wad -- this shell is also available with an orange wad for use on overcast days, and its hull is accordingly orange for easy sorting at the range.)

This shell is loaded with 1 ⅛ ounces of #7.5 shot, the .095” diameter pellets of which deliver range and spacing which you’ll find excellent for shattering clays, even after they’ve soared far away. The shot is exceptionally spherical and hard, so it’ll resist barrel deformation to provide a tight, satisfying pattern with every pull of the trigger.
