Each 2-3/4" shell, in this volume priced case of 250 (ideal for training0, fires a payload of 9 pellets of 00 buckshot at a muzzle velocity of 1,325 feet per second. This results in massive stopping power and good patterning even at medium range.

These shells boast superior accuracy thanks to Federal's Flitecontrol wad, which keeps the shot together for several yards after it leaves the barrel of your shotgun. It then breaks away at the rear to release the column in a tight formation that's sure to produce excellent terminal ballistics.

I bought 500 rounds in 2017 after doing some research. I just purchased 250 more rounds today. Incredibly accurate with the tightest patterns imaginable. At 35 yards with a Mossberg 590 Shockwave, all pellets stayed within an 8-inch circle. At 5/9 yards out, the pellets/wad simply make a 2" hole. The shots at 20 yards were equally impressive with a 4" spread. I managed to hit 5/9 pellets within the 8-inch circle @ 50 yards out with an unchoked 14" smooth bore barrel. If people can't hit the broad side of a barn, it's not the ammunition. Federal Premium Tactical TruBall Slugs are just as impressive. A shotgun loaded with these two specific rounds is very hard to beat.
