This round features a 155 grain Rapid Expansion Matrix Tip projectile. Its tip is made of a proprietary copper/polymer compound that fragments apart upon impact, forcing its way down into the underlying nose cavity in order to initiate lightning-fast expansion. The REMT’s jacket is engineered to accentuate such fast expansion, delivering the knockdown energy you need to take whitetail, blacktail, mules and antelope fast and humanely.

The REMT’s streamlined Matrix Tip, sleek and concentric jacket, and consistent 2,390 fps muzzle velocity accord it a ballistic coefficient of 0.24. This conveys relatively slow bullet drop for a 30-30, as well as over 1,000 ft lbs of energy up until 214 yards.

This round is dressed to kill with its nickel plated brass case. Count on nickel to stave off the corrosive effects of rain and humidity, as well as help a lever action feed and extract with greater efficiency.
