Q: Can this ammo be used in the new "cyclops" by "bond arms"?

A: Yes sir! Bond Arms does advise 45-70 with a muzzle velocity lower than 1,500 fps for the sake of manageable recoil. This ammo right here certainly falls beneath that threshold. It ought to be a good choice for a Cyclops!

Q: I have an original 1884 trapdoor as well. I have a couple of these rounds left from almost 20 years ago. I was under the impression these were blackpowder/pyrodex loads. Or is this a smokeless powder loaded to BP pressures?
