Are you planning on firing the 6.5 Creedmoor for its original intended purpose? Then you need some solid American-made long-range target ammo! Winchester USA Ready ammunition is lot controlled, with each lot’s ballistic data individually published online. Great info to have when precision’s the only thing on your mind!

You may already be familiar with the open tip match. This round’s 140 grain bullet is an open tip – not manufactured according to quite as high tolerances, but still mighty effective at punching distant targets. The open tip has an accuracy enhancing flat base and aerodynamic profile. It also has an aperture in its tip due to the way it was made.

Once the open tip’s thin and concentric copper jacket is formed, its lead core is then poured into place. The form-fitted lead core has no air bubbles or other voids that could have weakened the bullet’s in-flight rotational stability. But the open tip does not have a functional hollow point. It will not expand during penetration!

This ammo’s decked out with match grade primers, Winchester’s best brass cases, and carefully controlled charges of powder. Load up and start grouping shots tighter than the holes on a Ken doll’s bowling ball!
