Some people think AR-15 is superior weapon to great Russian Kalashnikov. Maybe … maybe. But let me ask you, Sergey: Does AR-15 come with beautiful wooden stock? I don’t think so. Russia is better.

This 7.62x39 ammunition by great Russian manufacturer Wolf turns AK-47 into true weapon of defense. This same ammunition turns AK into capable varminting gun, too. This is because ammo has 154 grain soft point bullet. SP has soft lead of core exposed at nose, so when it hits home intruder or coyote it begins expanding quickly. This gouges much wider wound channel than 0.311 inches, leading to massive bleeding, tissue damage – and far, far worse.

Sergey, do you ask why Wolf ammunition is so affordable? I will tell you: steel. Bullet has bimetal jacket, meaning it is strengthened by steel and not copper. Steel makes bullet magnetic, but no one is perfect. Case is made out of steel too. Steel case is not reloadable, but great Russian polymer coating helps case to feed and extract as smoothly as member of Moscow Ballet dances.

Berdan primer is more economical to manufacture than Boxer, but ignites just as capably and doesn’t cause corrosion. Clean AK like you would normally after firing Wolf 7.62x39 ammo!
