We love it when ammo comes in sealed battle packs. You can tuck it away with confidence that humidity won’t gradually spoil its primers and propellant, so it’s great for prepping. It’s also convenient for taking camping and to other activities where rain could harm ammo.

Of course, this 7.62x51 ammo offers a lot more than its packaging. It’s Prvi Partizan’s M80 cartridge, even if its 145 grain bullet is a couple grains lighter than what the M80 specs do call for. Prvi Partizan jackets the bullet’s lead core in hard and concentric copper alloy, at once promoting smoother feeding in a semi-auto like the AR-10, the prevention of accelerated barrel fouling, stable flight, and penetration through tough barriers. The inclusion of a boat tail bumps the bullet’s ballistic coefficient higher than 0.4, so it keeps cooking along a fast and flat trajectory at long range. Definitely the stuff a good day at the range is made of, and without question handy to have at your service for personal protection.

Prvi Partizan has produced all kinds of ammo since their inception in 1928. Whatever they’re rolling out, the Serbian manufacturer exclusively seats nonmagnetic projectiles into pristine brass cases. This isn’t military surplus ammo, so its Boxer primers are certified noncorrosive.
