This 9mm Luger ammo from Corbon's DPX series is a solid choice for self-defense in a variety of pistols. Unlike many Corbon loads, it uses a standard pressure charge that produces relatively moderate recoil and works well in firearms not rated for +P ammo.

Each cartridge in this box of 20 fires a 95 grain solid copper hollow point bullet at a muzzle velocity of 1,300 feet per second, generating about 12-18 inches of penetration. The DPX defense bullet features an internally-serrated design that produces deadly 6 petal expansion that will neutralize an assailant quickly and decisively.

Corbon ammunition is loaded in Sturgis, South Dakota and uses reloadable brass cases and non-corrosive Boxer primers.
