This Hexmag for the AR-15 is made of PolyHex2 Advanced Composite, a proprietary polymer that is exceptionally lightweight but strong enough for you to absolutely beat on it without damaging it. The Hexmag takes its name from its distinctive Hexture pattern, which will keep your grip secure even when it’s raining out or you have gloves on.

This is a reliable magazine, as its self-lubricating follower prevents its ammo from tilting back or forward in order to promote smooth feeding. The Hexmag’s spring is made of heat treated stainless steel, so it will keep its elasticity for a very long time and is resistant to corrosion as well.

The Hexmag’s feed lips have been designed to ensure its compatibility with a variety of manufacturer’s firearms -- this would make a great magazine for a SCAR 16. Its stripper clip guides are a very nice feature, as they will enable you to load up the entire Hexmag in one sweeping motion. That’s hard to beat when you’re in a hurry.
