Unloaded firearms may be possessed in a closed and locked container. Even with a concealed carry permit, firearms are not allowed in bars or restaurants, into religious meetinghouses or gatherings without good and sufficient reason, and in any school, with some provisions. Concealed carry permit holders may have a concealed gun with him in his car for the drop off or pick up of a child.
