You wouldn’t dream of intentionally flicking little pieces of plastic all over the place when you go hunting in the beautiful outdoors. Unfortunately, that is exactly what you must do – unless you hunt with the power of BioAmmo. These 12 Gauge upland game loads contain no plastic at all!

Is it black magic? Hardly. BioAmmo developed a special material that they call “biopolymer,” and it is made completely out of vegetable products. When this ammo’s tubes or wads are left outside, they will eventually get converted into nontoxic mineral salts and carbon dioxide gas by microorganisms. Exposure to the natural elements will also oxidize this ammo’s alloy heads, and even this BioAmmo’s boxes are compostable.

BioAmmo’s wad isn’t just impermanent. It additionally features wide side vents which promote denser patterning, as well as a compressible base which absorbs recoil energy. BioAmmo loads only top-shelf #8 lead shot to make this ammo effective at felling a wide variety of birds. With over 500 pellets in its column, this 2-3/4” load delivers a truly thick pattern of hot leaden death.
