There’s two ways to get ducks. The first is to go to the kinds of interesting butcher shops you see downtown, where the ducks hang in windows with inappropriately serene smiles still glued to their beaks. The other way is the better way: Take a 12 Gauge shotgun someplace wet and wait for the sound of quacking.

If you go, bring Remington’s Nitro-Steel ammunition with you. This 12 Gauge shotgun shell is loaded with 1-1/4 ounces of BB shot, which is also big enough to anchor full-size honkers. The big advantage of Nitro-Steel shot is that it is zinc-plated. It won’t let surface corrosion rob it of its smoothness, so it retains the ability to pattern tightly even after it has spent a long day in the wetlands.

Remington’s sealed primers are similarly protected against water, and their fast-burning powder pushes so much shot out of the muzzle at 1,275 fps – not so fast that you’ll be reeling from recoil. This non-toxic ammo works great with ported and wad-stripper chokes alike!
