This American-made shotshell packs a standard 1-1/8 ounce payload of #7 steel shot. If you’re familiar with shot sizes then you’re probably already aware #7 shot is not all that common. But by making this shell’s shot pellets a little bit wider in diameter, Fiocchi equips them to retain more momentum and resultant deadly energy. This shell’s 1,375 fps muzzle velocity is also hotter than usual, which does much to compensate for a steel shot pellet’s relatively lower density.

Fiocchi’s steel shot pellets are just as consistently spherical as their lead ones, which alongside their high-quality wads ensures tighter downrange patterns. This ammo’s semi-transparent hulls make for easy identification, and their low-brass heads are armed with fast-reacting non-corrosive primers.
