This round’s single-ounce slug is made of solid copper. It’s perfectly balanced for superior rotational stability, durable enough to penetrate deeply through sinuous muscle tissue, and nontoxic. The slug becomes even more accurate courtesy of its streamlined blue polymer tip, which helps it retain more energy as it heeds a flat trajectory downrange.

On impact the polymer tip rams down into the monolithic slug’s nose cavity. What follows is brutal terminal expansion as six broad copper petals extend outward to gouge a wide wound cavity into the target. The Expander Tipped slug retains its ability to unleash such disastrous terminal ballistics even following lower-velocity impact.

This is sabot slug ammunition. The projectile is cradled by a polymer sleeve that enables it to align with and receive stability from a rifled bore. Smoothbore shotguns will not become damaged by this ammo – they will just become horribly inaccurate.
