This 3” 12 Gauge shell from Remington’s Slugger line of ammunition certainly does know how to slug. Its one ounce projectile zips out of the muzzle at a velocity of 1,760 fps, which by our math means it packs over 3,000 ft lbs of muzzle energy. That kind of overwhelming power is sufficient to topple any buck or hog you could encounter out in the wild, so the only X factor remaining is your aim.

Your aim will be helped considerably by a Slugger. Its Foster-style slug rotates in a smoothbore barrel to compensate for any minute irregularities it may have received during manufacturing.
