Giving old Mr. Tom a snoot full of lead is an effective approach to turkey hunting – but it is not the best approach. If you really want to maximize your range and amplify your deadly takedown power, you need to harness the might of Remington’s TSS series ammunition.

This 3” 20 Gauge shell is loaded with 1-1/2 ounces of #9 Tungsten Super Shot (TSS). TSS is an alloy of 95% tungsten and 5% iron and nickel, and its density is simply unparalleled at 18 g/cc. TSS’s density is 50% greater than that of lead, and 22% greater than unalloyed tungsten!

A denser shot pellet excels at conserving momentum, and boasts a flatter trajectory and better downrange energy retention because of it. This is why a #9 TSS pellet delivers comparable performance to a #6 lead shot pellet. But because this shell is loaded with such miniscule TSS pellets, its pattern is thicker than cold molasses! And if you pattern your shotgun appropriately, you can easily bust a longbeard at 6 dozen yards.

TSS is nontoxic, so you can hunt turkeys on protected lands without risking unwanted attention from game wardens. Loaded in America with clean-burning powder and stout hulls!
