Open Tip Match (OTM) bullets have a small opening at the tip, a byproduct of manufacturing for precision. Unlike hollow points, the opening is NOT designed for expansion - it's simply where the jacket didn't close during core insertion. OTM is built purely for accuracy.

OTM vs hollow point?
