Blackhawk designed this police-grade hip holster for Sig Sauer’s P320, P250, M17 and M18 handguns.

The T-Series L3D is designed to keep a handgun securely rooted to its owner’s side – until the instant it is needed. The holster is designed in compliance with the Master Grip Principle, which essentially holds that drawing a handgun should require a motion no less natural than reaching for it and grabbing it. In the meantime the weapon is kept in place by the level 3 holster’s thumb-activated retention, as well as a strap that extends around the back of the slide for added security.

This holster is also designed to withstand the worst kind of abuse that could go along with police work. The T-Series’ fortified polymer outer shell offers superlative security for a firearm while still keeping a low profile. Its inner lining is designed to reduce friction that could complicate drawing, as well as to reduce sound that could give the officer’s position away as they unholster their weapon.

The holster’s included jacket slot belt loop facilitates fast and secure mounting to a duty belt. It is also compatible with quick dual release belt loop and two-slot belt loop systems, which are sold separately.

Q: Is this a new holster or used?

A: Brand new, from the factory and in its original packaging!

Q: Is this the light bearing version? I ask because the SKU comes back to Blackhawks non-light bearing version when searched on the web but the picture shown is the light bearing version.
