Ran fine through my Keltec SU 22....a little dirty but shot fine and fairly accurate. (Posted on 3/24/13)Quality Performance Value - Perhaps better for bolt guns than autoloaders Review by Robert

Ran a 50-box of these through my 1974 10/22 (bought used), and had a failure to feed on one round in 20. I looked at the nose of the round, and saw where it had caught on the edge of the chamber and become gouged when it was shoved forward and hung up.Performance Value Quality
I don't think these are bad rounds, just maybe not ideal for an autoloader. Not enough kick perhaps, or the nose of the bullet isn't smooth enough for a quick cycling auto-bolt. My impression is that in a regular bolt-action gun it would have loaded easily and without snags. (Posted on 11/6/12) - decent rounds Review by joe22

Shooting these with my semi-auto Remington 597, had NO issues what so ever with these rounds. Pleasantly surprised by how well they performed. They are a bit dirty though, and would I guess require more cleaning. Also hand loading in the mag gets you pretty dirty with lead, I would use gloves while loading as to not get covered in this stuff. Shot about 400 rounds of these with not 1 fail so far. If you want a great bullet at a good price, buy the 22lr remington. (Posted on 9/27/11)Performance Value Quality - average Review by rugerman

This product is fairly average 22 LR ammo. Fired through my Ruger 10/22 and it functioned fine. (Posted on 8/19/11)Quality Performance Value - Dirty and FTE Review by Nick

I bought a pack of 50 Remington Thunderbolts for my Walther G22. These rounds were spraying powder and gunk on my arm every time I pulled the trigger. They would also fail to eject every 1 of 3 rounds. I have found that the Federal Spitfire hypervelocity rounds work the best with my rifle. They have plenty of force to push the bolt back to eject/load the next round! (Posted on 7/12/11)Quality Performance Value
