What are your customer follow-up emails?

Every 5-7 days we like to check in with you after your first purchase to ensure you are enjoying your ammo. When we check in, we also offer to answer any questions or help you in any way you may need.

We also send out LuckyGunner.com exclusive tips for navigating our site and finding the best deals along with occasional funny YouTube videos, conceal carry ideas, and more!

When you make your first purchase, you are automatically subscribed to our customer e-mail list.

Do you send text messages?

We do not yet offer an option for you to be alerted via text message when your order has been delivered at your shipping location, but we hope to soon!

As of right now, this is the only type of text messaging we plan to send and we would not do so without you first opting-in to receive the delivery alert.

You will be able to opt-in during checkout! Soon to come - stay tuned!

Do you have a catalog?

We do not currently have a catalog however we do have a weekly newsletter that contains all of our weekly specials, sale items, and new product check-ins.

What do you do with your email lists?

Stated simply, we are very serious about protecting the information you provide. Our Privacy Policy is a bit lengthy, so you may just want to read it yourself by clicking here.

We do not sell or furbish any third parties with your email information. Your email is used to receive our weekly newsletters and our customer e-mails. We send these to update you on the status of your order and to check in with you post order.  Trust that your information is protected.
