Justin Miller ( Wed, 04 Dec 2013 00:56:07 +0000 ) : Do these fit the Sig Sauer 2000 series?
Heidi At Lucky Gunner ( Sat, 07 Dec 2013 17:40:53 +0000 ) : Hey Justin, Thanks for checking us out, good question! You should be good to go with this holster and your Sig 2000 series. Please let us know if you have any other questions! Thanks again!
Mike Breitbach ( Wed, 11 Dec 2013 03:26:20 +0000 ) : Does it fit the Taurus 24/7
Heidi At Lucky Gunner ( Wed, 11 Dec 2013 14:37:53 +0000 ) : Hey Mike, Thank you for the question. This Eagle holster is adjustable and will work with most full size firearms. You should be good to go for use with your Taurus 24/7. Thanks for checking us out and please just let us know if you have any other questions. Take care!
Michael Hale ( Tue, 17 Dec 2013 00:54:36 +0000 ) : Will this work with Springfield XDM 4.5
Heidi At Lucky Gunner ( Tue, 17 Dec 2013 15:34:18 +0000 ) : Hey Michael, Thank you for the question. This holster is very configurable and should hold your XDM securely. That said, it is made for full size pistols and even revolvers, so it might not be the most comfortable and secure carry you could get. Thank you for checking us out and please just let me know if you have any other questions.
Charlie E Hargrave ( Wed, 18 Dec 2013 13:28:52 +0000 ) : Ya'll can add the Hi-Point 40 S&W to the list of handguns that fit this holster.
Jack Textor ( Wed, 18 Dec 2013 15:35:35 +0000 ) : What would shipping be to 50265, thanks
Heidi At Lucky Gunner ( Wed, 18 Dec 2013 19:38:39 +0000 ) : Thanks for the feedback Charlie!
Heidi At Lucky Gunner ( Wed, 18 Dec 2013 19:39:50 +0000 ) : Hey Jack, The holster alone would be just shy of $14 to Des Moines. Because of the way our shipping is set up, shipping costs would also be $14 if you added it to a box of ammo. FedEx has us set up with a minimum charge for shipping which is why it's so odd you can get 1 or 2 products like that shipped for the same price.
Alfred Nemec ( Thu, 19 Dec 2013 00:08:31 +0000 ) : will this fit the ruger 9mm 40s&w p95 and p94
Bill Leib ( Thu, 09 Jan 2014 17:45:14 +0000 ) : Would this holster work for a Ruger P89 and/or a Taurus PT111 G2? Or is there a similar one for those handguns?
Joe Davis ( Thu, 16 Jan 2014 15:08:40 +0000 ) : To bulky
Chris Brown ( Tue, 21 Jan 2014 16:29:18 +0000 ) : Does this holster have a magazine pocket?
Heidi At Lucky Gunner ( Tue, 21 Jan 2014 21:56:05 +0000 ) : Hey Bill, this should be alright with the Ruger but I'm not sure about the Taurus. The holster has adjustable straps that will allow it to fit most full-size pistols securely. The Ruger P89 has what I would consider a medium frame and 4.5" barrel, so that might be a little small but the Taurus PT111 a much smaller sub-compact, which might cause trouble if you want to use this holster. Thanks for checking us out and please let us know if you have any other questions.
Heidi At Lucky Gunner ( Tue, 21 Jan 2014 21:56:49 +0000 ) : Hey Chris, Thanks for asking and for stopping by the site. There are places on this holster you could stuff a magazine somewhat securely but there is no designated magazine pocket. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks again for stopping by!
Ed Dixon ( Thu, 30 Jan 2014 02:35:16 +0000 ) : Can you get it in the dig. camo?
Lucky Gunner Ammo ( Fri, 31 Jan 2014 14:11:48 +0000 ) : Hey Ed, Great question, thanks for asking. Unfortunately, we only have this leg-drop holster available in black at the moment. I'll be sure to pass along the request to our purchasing guys so they know that folks are looking for dig. camo out there as they shop around for products we offer on the Lucky Gunner site. Thanks again for looking and please just holler if you have any other questions!
Warren Vincent Granier ( Wed, 09 Apr 2014 00:13:22 +0000 ) : $15 shipping? what ever happened to the postal priority boxes ? Im just asking......
Ron Durocher ( Tue, 22 Apr 2014 18:47:58 +0000 ) : Works for Ruger SR40 also. It a great hoster, very comfortable.
Matt Ridenour ( Mon, 01 Sep 2014 16:19:28 +0000 ) : Will my Ruger SR9 fit in this holster?

Key points.
1. tactical drop/MOLLE platform holster(nowhere in title or description does it say concealed carry)
2. fully configurable, ambidextrous(meaning instructions would be next to pointless since EVERY gun is different....kinda like women-_^)
3. make sure you understand what this holster is before you buy it

All the above being stated, this holster is just downright awesome for it's quality and value. The extreme retention of this holster is amazing, I would feel vary comfortable crawling through mud with this thing and feel secure in the knowledge that my pistol is going to be there when I need it(might have to clear the barrel of debris before firing. LOL). If you are in a area with open carry laws and want to display your piece proudly? then this is the holster for you. I received this product early today( thank you lucky gunner and fedex for the gloriously fast shipping), and once I had time to sit down and play with it only took me 20 minutes to get it completely setup, and understand I had to tear the whole thing down to switch it over for left hand use. So for potential buyers, if you find yourself getting frustrated trying to set this up, step back and just look at the thing, it's fairly straightforward, and is only hard to pull apart and put back together because if it was easy it could come apart without you wanting it to do so. So in conclusion thank you lucky gunner for carrying and selling (at an awesome price) this holster, fits my PPQ like a glove. (Posted on 5/31/14)

This is the first holster of this style that I have purchased so I will use this as my baseline.
I find to be very comfortable and very adjustable.
Getting if configured to fit my firearm took a few minutes to understand the process but was not that difficult.
The worst part was the rough fingers from all the velcro.
For the price I would buy another one. (Posted on 5/7/14)

I am not a patient man, my wife was the one who re-configured the rig. To me it was complicated and frustrating to set up. there were no instructions. my wife is a seamstress and she too had difficulty. maybe put a detailed parts list and some illustrations to set up or suggestions on use of the numerous parts to the puzzle...
once configured it is just what I needed for tactical matches (Posted on 5/7/14)

Very well made, but it is bulky Review by Skip

I think I like the Holster. It took a little bit to configure it the way I wanted but is certainly is versatile enough to make even the slightest modification to control how it hangs and holds my gun. I am using a standard 1911A and it fits well. I will work a bit to get it to set just a little bit higher. Being a shorter armed person it hangs a bit lower than I want. It is bulky and it not slim by any means but working and going through even the roughest terrain I do not think anything is going to dislodge my gun from me. I fee comfortable that I could roll around on the ground doing anything and this would not come off nor would it loose the gun. But if you want something that is not extremely noticeable, then this is not the choice at all. Everyone will know it is there. It is a great OPEN carry option. (Posted on 1/20/14)

Good for the price but cumbersome Review by Hank
Performance

The quality of this holster is very good and it's well built. I found it extremely cumbersome to fit to a pistol and no product schematics or component instructions were provided so it's more a "figure it out on your own" adventure. The safety straps were particularly challenging to position and adjust properly and I eventually removed one and repositioned the other (the snap safety) to be usable for this weapon. If I was to need it for any type of maneuvering, I would have to put more work into positioning the safety straps. For the sale price I paid, and for recreational use or as a side arm to carry for hunting aggressive prey (hogs), it was a decent quality for the value. I would not recommend it for serious tactical uses. (Posted on 1/17/14)

I got this because I needed a good holster for my Taurus PT845 with a laser sight on the rail. This holster adjusts in various ways to accommodate almost any gun so it was a perfect fit. Carrying a gun on the thigh is so comfortable I almost want to start wearing a long coat year round just so I can use it for concealed carry :-) (Posted on 1/15/14)
Solid, Functional Holster That Works Well For Lefties Review by Peter

I bought this holster for hunting with my Glock 20 10mm. I didn't want to spend a lot for an occasional use holster, and I needed a left hand model. The holster components are heavy ballistic woven nylon, and are held together with a lot of Velcro. It was easy to reverse the holster from a right hand to left hand setup. I also needed a holster that would not only accommodate the full size Glock, but also an extended barrel (I hunt with a six inch barrel which extends 1.5" beyond the pistol frame). To accommodate the longer barrel, I had to remove a bolt from the muzzle end of the holster, and now the Glock with the extended barrel fits fine. There is a nylon flap that folds up from the bottom, so the bottom of the holster is not open. The holster also has both a snap open (thumb break) keeper, and an addition strap for extra security for when you are walking or climbing. The one negative on the holster is that it is significantly more bulky that the molded kydex holsters, but it is appears to be very solid, and it protects everything on the pistol except for the grip. All in all, I am very satisfied with both the product and the price. (Posted on 1/13/14)

Got two and both work well Review by Philr

I purchased this drop-legged holster for two reason. One was to use it for when I am out in the woods and the second was to give one to a friend. My friend loves his holster and uses it constantly when he is outdoors. His response is that his firearm is well secured and being on the leg is out of his way for his outdoor work and recreation.

As for my holster, I am a leftie so I had to reconfigure the drop-down for a left hand draw. It was relatively easy to move most of the straps, etc. but to put them back into place, instructions and tips would have helped. (Tip use a butter knife to help move the straps when they go under loops and other straps. Instructions either online or with the package would be helpful.

Regardless of the change over problems, I have to rate the holster high. If there was just one thing about the holster itself that I would complain about, it would be the bulkiness. But this is offset by the fact that this holster has two straps that hold your gun in. One is a general hold-down for when you are traveling and moving about without threat. This one you release when getting ready to enter a danger zone. The other strap is more of a safety strap that you snap off when getting ready to draw or while drawing your gun. A lot of drop-downs that I've seen have only one strap. The extra security of holding your gun in the holster is a great benefit. (Posted on 1/11/14)

I purchased 3 of these holsters; one for myself and one each for my daughter and son in law who are both in the military. The versatility of being able to use it with so many different weapons is what first grabbed my attention. The fact that they are made in the good ol' USA was the final selling point. As always, the folks at Lucky Gunner were awsome! I always receive my purchases from them in a maximum of two days! Super service! Lucky Gunner is my go to site for ammo and accessories. There is a lot of velcro in this product. Which is not a bad thing, you can adjust it to fit almost anything (I imagine anyway). Light weight and very adjustable to your body and clothing.
One note. The security straps on the top are a little far apart for smaller guns. My XDm 45 Compact fits nicely, but the security strap on the top front barely covers it. Not sure it would secure the gun if you were very active (like combat maneuvers, up and down) by itself, without the second security strap on the top back. The top back security strap fits it perfectly. But with the only safety on the XDm being the palm grip, this strap keeps it depressed. So that is something to keep in mind when you have a round chambered. The gun fits very well and is completely inclosed, so not much chance of an accidental trigger pull while holstered (just something to keep in mind).
Very happy with this item, price, shipping and Lucky Gunner (as always with those last three). (Posted on 1/1/14)

It is adjustable enough to where I can even get my Desert Eagles seated in there securely.

The only change I would request is for the top thigh wrap-around strap - I wish it had a stable entry point as the bottom one does instead of it being free-flowing meshing the MOLLE straps.
Nothing major, just something minor I would prefer.

Great quality (especially for the sale price currently running) - let's hope it lasts as well!

Overall a very nice drop leg holster. Easily adjustable to any full size pistol.

Securely holds your pistol and attaches easily to your belt and leg.

Only downside I can see is it seems a bit bulky. Not at all heavy, just sort of thick looking kinda.
