This shell is stocked up with eight individual pellets of chilled lead 00 buckshot. The ~2% antimony pellets are hard enough to resist deformation during ignition, which ensures the tight and effective pattern that dumps more energy into the threat – but not so hard that they won’t widen out a little bit after plunging into a soft medium.

This round’s slightly lighter shot column (~1 ounce) helps to offset the brutish thrust of its 1,325 fps muzzle velocity. That’ll limits recoil, which in turn reduces the amount of muzzle flip that’ll throw your aim off target each time you fire.
