You wouldn’t want to use 00 buckshot for trap or sporting clays (unless you enjoy playing those sports terribly), and it’s about as useful for hunting upland birds as an atomic bomb. But outside of those applications, this 12 Gauge shotshell by Luce is good for pretty much everything: deer hunting, coyote hunting, home defense, target shooting – you name it!

This shell is loaded with nine separate pellets of old-fashioned double-aught: 0.33” diameter lead balls that wreak havoc on contact. Hard lead shot such as this shell’s stays spherical enough to pattern nice and tightly, and it also resists the degree of deformation that could needlessly limit its penetration depth.

No felt wad here. This round has a modern plastic wad, complete with a collapsing base that absorbs recoil energy before it can make its way back to your shoulder. Semi-transparent high-brass hulls make it easy to see what kind of firepower this multitalented round is packing! Luce ammo is supplied to the American market by Vairog of Lithuania.
