Looking for a real doozy of a goose hunting shell? Federal Black Cloud FS Steel series ammunition excels at halting the honking. This 12 Gauge shell will issue two types of shot out of your gun’s muzzle – either of which would be more than capable of doing the job on its own!

This is a big shell. At 3-1/2" long it stores 1-1/2 ounces of nontoxic steel shot, and it propels that low-density metal to a blistering fast muzzle velocity of 1,500 fps to deliver definitive death-dealing energy dozens of yards downrange.

This shell’s shot column is 40% FliteStopper pellets. The FliteStopper pellet has a unique oblong profile with a raised cutting annulus surrounding its center. This is how the FliteStopper so reliably slices through feathers to wreak absolute havoc beneath. The remaining 60% of this shell’s shot is Federal’s Premium steel – uniformly round and always tight-patterning.

Federal arms this waterfowl load with their highly regarded FliteControl Flex wad. It is full-length to prevent bore abrasion, and erects multiple air flaps around its base immediately following expulsion to ensure clean detachment, the densest possible pattern, and greater efficacy over longer distances.

This ammo is also designed to withstand damp elements. Its nickel-plated heads avert corrosion, and its sealed crimp doesn’t let moisture spoil the shot. Temperature-stable powder delivers consistent recoil and ballistics in all climates!
