This cartridge’s fast-as-the-blazes muzzle velocity gives it a laser trajectory. If you’re aiming through 1.5” high sights, the bullet can hit 100 yards without going higher than 2” above the bore line. And even though it’s so light, the bullet can still pulverize a varmint with around 119 ft lbs of energy at 50 yards. That’s a copper-plated hollow point bullet, too, which is why it delivers the terminal expansion which’ll make a varmint ever so truly dead on arrival.
CCI gives this ammo extra special nickel-plated brass cases – a feature which reduces friction to help a semi-auto feed and extract like a well-oiled piece of machinery, and which also wards off tarnishing during long-term storage.
