The 28 Nosler is basically a shortened 7mm RUM, but man, can that cartridge ever throw a bullet. You bought the rifle because you like performing surgery at the long-distance rifle range, and to do that you need no better bullet than the Tipped MatchKing by Sierra!

This round’s projectile is modeled after Sierra’s original MatchKing. That means each bullet in this box of 20 rounds has a jacket drawn to a concentricity standard of +/-0.0003 in maximum variation, and a weight that doesn’t deviate from 160 grains by more or less than 0.3 grains. Consistent bullets equal consistent ballistics!

The Tipped MatchKing keeps the regular MatchKing’s precisely angled boat tail and streamlined geometry. Instead of a blunt hollow point, this round’s bullet features a sharp acetyl resin tip to make its meplat absolutely pierce the air before it. So ballistically efficient a bullet retains more velocity, follows a flat trajectory, and doesn’t become the victim of wind drift very easily. Just take care that the Tipped MatchKing does not offer terminal expansion and is not suitable for hunting game larger than varmints.

Browning expertly loads Sierra’s advanced match bullet in a fine brass case, which is nickel-plated for lower friction during feeding and extraction.
