300 AAC Blackout upper receiver? Installed. Suppressor? Attached. Perfect ammo for varmint hunting, and self-defense when the situation calls for it? Right here.

This 300 AAC Blackout ammo is made by SIG Sauer in the United States with German roots known for quality engineering and precision in their DNA. Each round is outfitted with a 205 grain polymer tipped projectile, with a jacket optimized to promote reliable and uniform expansion within soft tissue in order to make the owner of said soft tissue buckle over lickety split.

This round’s heavy bullet manages to produce only a 1,000 fps muzzle velocity – and closer to 900 fps through a suppressor. That’s perfect for situations when you’d want to take advantage of a softer report and duller muzzle flash, such as hunting around dusk and home defense in the dark.

SIG made this angry hornet super dependable. Its casing is nickel plated to prevent corrosion and failures to extract. SIG formulated its propellant to deliver a consistent muzzle velocity regardless of temperature or air pressure. They even gave the bullet a shouldered ogive profile to help it feed from a magazine more easily. If you want to get a couple boxes of 300 Black ammo to fill up a 30-round mag, you’d find few better choices than this ammo right here.

SIG recommends running this ammo through a rifle with a barrel 9” or longer.
