The accubond round has a bonded lead core which keeps the lead core and copper jacket together longer. This allows for deeper penetration before expansion; all this adds up to superior knock-down power. The AccuBond® round is similar to the Nosler Partition® round and have very similar terminal performance, but they differ greatly in internal structure. The AccuBond® bullet was designed to have the same on-game performance as the Partition® bullet but in a sleeker, more aerodynamic design, by taking advantage of modern impact-extruded jacket design and bonding technology.
