If you’re remotely familiar with steel-cased ammo, then you know it is typically loaded with magnetic bullets (i.e. bullets which have steel jackets that will attract a magnet). But this ammo’s 95 grain full metal jacket projectiles have lead cores and brass jackets that cannot attract a magnet! If your range frowns on magnetic ammo, then Tula’s range-friendly 380 rounds will meet their standards.
Tula’s steel cases are zinc-plated for enhanced corrosion resistance and smoother functionality in a semi-automatic. This is Berdan-primed ammo. While you would never under any circumstances wish to attempt reloading it, it is still completely non-corrosive and will not rust your handgun.
This cartridge will still attract a magnet due to its steel case. Only its bullet can’t attract a magnet, but that is typically the only thing commercial ranges actually care about.
