This remanufactured .40 S&W ammunition from Ultramax is a great choice for high volume target shooting. These cartridges use once fired brass that has been cleaned and refilled with new components--a great way to reap some of the benefits of reloading without having to invest in your own setup or do the work yourself.

Each cartridge in this bulk priced case of 500 (divided into 10 boxes of 50 rounds each) fires a light 165 grain full metal jacket bullet at a moderate muzzle velocity of 940 feet per second. Compared to other loads in this notoriously snappy caliber, this ammunition is fairly light shooting and will not produce heavy recoil except in subcompact handguns. This ammo can be used in a variety of popular .40 Smith & Wesson handguns including S&W's own M&P series as well as Glock and SIG pistols.

Ultramax ammo is loaded in Rapid City, South Dakota using non-corrosive Boxer primers. The company produces both new and remanufactured ammo in a wide variety of calibers.
