The 40 S&W was developed in the latter part of the 1980's specifically for the FBI. After their shootout with gangs in Miami in 1986, the FBI needed a new round that had more penetration and stopping power but still demonstrated manageable recoil and accuracy.

These Gold Dot bonded hollow point projectiles are a great choice for a high velocity 40 S&W or 10mm Auto load. Each bullet weighs in at 155 grains and has a bonded jacket and lead core.
