This is not loaded ammunition. These are component bullets for handloading. They lack the cases, primers and powder they would need to be fired out of the box.

Handloaders – rev up your reloading presses! We have 124 grain 0.356” diameter Hybrid Hollow Point bullets by Berry’s of Utah in stock! These bullets are manufactured according to the same process as Berry’s widely acclaimed Superior Plated Bullets. Each projectile begins as a swaged lead core. After it is electroplated with copper, the bullet is restruck to create a precision hollow point nose cavity. The Hybrid HP exhibits optimal terminal expansion and weight retention when loaded correctly!

This bullet’s OAL is 0.538". Berry’s recommended 9mm OAL is 1.090", with a muzzle velocity between 1,050 fps and 1,150 fps. Berry’s also recommends using a round nose seating stem while loading Hybrid HP bullets. Cast and jacketed loading data for analogous bullets are both applicable to Berry’s Hybrid HP bullets.

A: Hello Ron! "Hybrid Hollow Point" is Berry's brand name for this particular bullet. "Hybrid" refers to the two most notable steps in the bullet's manufacturing process: electroplating, and restriking. Per Berry's website: "Berry’s Hybrid Hollow Points are the result of two merged developmental ideas. Following the same process as our Superior Plated Bullets, they start with a swaged lead core that is then electroplated with copper to final weight. Lastly, they are restruck to ensure precise specifications and create the Hybrid Hollow Point nose design. This design allows for maximum expansion and weight retention, becoming one of the most reliable self-defense bullets available today."
